To create a mutual relationship with students is necessary

To love someone and/or something should start by knowing them first. That is how life works. After knowing each other, relationship will occur. The relationship or bond of two things or more are necessary to synergize what they aim to achieve with their relation.In a classroom where teachers are in charge of delivering the material of the subjects are supposed to create a relationship with the students to facilitate the students to be easily accept and understand it. Therefore, the relationship between them should be in the form of a good or mutual one.This is crucial for some studies have shown that there is a significance relation between the mutual relationship among teachers and students with the subject mastery of the students. Hence, a mutual relationship between teachers and students are necessary.
However, to create this kind of relationship is not an easy thing to do, for teachers and students are both humans with their ego. Sometimes, teachers are only focusing on delivering the material and putting aside the relationship with the students for some reasons. Some teachers think that creating the relationship is something personal that may disturb their private busineeses. On the other hand, having a good relation with students is not so beneficial as the students are not able to adapt with the way the teachers see matters.
In Fact, when we, the teachers, try to know the students and start to be open to a good relation with them, it will break the gap and burdens of their communication so that they will find it easier to find ways to make the material enjoyfully understood. The students , when they are confident consulting the problem they face in understanding the material with the teachers, will drop one of the burdens in learning something. Next, when the teachers help the students finding the solution, s/he will be able to find the most appropriate one for the students because the teacher know who and how the student is.
So, lets start talk personally with our students and know them while letting them know better about us and the material!!;)
